Mills, Senior pastor at Mountain View Baptist Church, preaching) we will meet at the Wyche Pavillion behind the Peace Center with our friends from Mountain View Baptist Church 8am Breakfast in the SPC Gym 9am Sunday School 10am Morning Worship in the Sanctuary (Richard D. Phillips, preaching)

For nine years Second Pres. has been involved in Child Evangelism Fellowship by sponsoring and staffing Good News Clubs at Augusta Circle Elementary School and Hollis Academy. Each spring CEF sponsors a golf fundraiser. This year the dates are May 7 at The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards and June 5 at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove. Bill Knox is our church contact for these events. The monthly Young At Heart Luncheon will be Monday, March 19, at 11:45 am in the church gym (for this month only). The catered lunch is $6.00 per person, payable at the door. We will be blessed by a musical presentation by “The Yesterukes”, of which our own Ernest Ray Outz is a member. Don’t miss out on the good food, great fellowship, and wonderful program. 

William Tucker Weaver and Colin Edward Weaver, covenant children of Jeremy and Emily Weaver received the Sacrament of Baptism on Sunday, March 11, 2012. We are thankful for the Weaver family and pray that Tucker and Colin will love and serve the Lord all the days of their lives.
