Men’s Retreat
Register now for Second Presbyterian Church's Men's Retreat at Awanita Valley on January 15-16. Senior Minister Richard Phillips will teach on Biblical manhood. 12/20 - New Baby
Congratulations to Brian and MAria Bassett in the birth of Christopher Patrick Bassett, born Thursday, December 10, 2009. Christopher weighed 8 lbs 4 oz, and was 20 inches long. Both mother and son are doing fine.

12/20 - Deacon Election
John Atwood, Joel Barnett, Mike Carey, Ron Mahon, Rich Moran, and Bill Watkins were all elected to the Diaconate on Sunday, December 13, 2009. The Installation and Ordination Service will be January 3, 2010, at the evening worship service.

12/20 - 2010 Offering Envelopes
2010 offering envelopes are in the process of being prepared. If you or your children currently do not have offering envelopes and would like to receive them in 2010, please contact the church office or David Rainey. Everyone is encouraged to use offering envelopes.

12/20 - Year End Contributions
Just a reminder that to obtain a 2009 charitable contribution deduction for income tax purposes, contributions must be received by the church no later than December 31.
