SpotlightRescheduled Valentines Program Because of the inclement weather Friday evening, the Valentines program has been rescheduled for Wednesday, February 17th after the regular mealtime. Latest News02/14 - WIC Precepts Bible Study A new WIC Precepts Bible Study will begin Thursday, February 18, and go through April 8. The class will be studying 2 Peter. If you would like to join the class for this in-dept study, please call or see Mary Russell (329-1670) so she can order the needed materials. The monthly meeting of the Young At Heart will be Monday, Febru-ary 15, at 11:45 am, in the Fellowship Hall. The catered meal is $5.00 per person, payable at the door. The speaker is Ansley Zdonek, daughter of Jesse and Karen Zdonek, and granddaughter of Bill and Pat Wheeler. Ansley was a student ambassador with People to People, an organization started by President Dwight Eisenhower to foster re-lationships with European countries. Come and hear the exciting news about Ansley’s two weeks in England and Paris. Congratulations to Brian and MAria Bassett in the birth of Christopher Patrick Bassett, born Thursday, December 10, 2009. Christopher weighed 8 lbs 4 oz, and was 20 inches long. Both mother and son are doing fine. John Atwood, Joel Barnett, Mike Carey, Ron Mahon, Rich Moran, and Bill Watkins were all elected to the Diaconate on Sunday, December 13, 2009.
