Latest News09/20 - Young At Heart Young At Heart will resume their monthly meetings on Monday, September 20, 2010, at 11:45 am, in the Fellowship Hall. Lunch will be catered at $5.00 per person and will be collected at the door. Following a devotion by our own Mrs. Shirley Duncan, there will be a special time of fellowship. Mark your calendars now so you won’t miss the date. River Street will be closed for the USA Cycling Professional Championships on September 18 and 19. A map of the Road Race Course has been posted on the bulletin board outside the church office. Precepts Bible Study of Hebrews will begin Thursday, September 9, at 9:30 am, in the Conference Room and continue each Thursday through December, 2. Hebrews Part II will follow but one is not a prerequisite for the other. This study equires approximately 5 hours of homework per
week. You will reap the reward for your diligence. This ice cream social will feature “homemade ice cream.” Everyone is encouraged to come and bring your favorite flavor of homemade ice cream. What a treat! The Deacons will supply the toppings. Our children and young people will be promoted to their new classes.
